Activity Spaces

I designed and created surroundings for a pair of engineering activity spaces at the Lawrence Hall of Science.

 

 

 

 

I hand-painted a wall with enlarged engineering drawings from the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.

 

 

On an adjacent wall I painted enlargements of engineering and US Patent drawings of wind turbines.

 

 

To mark the spot for a wind-powered engineering activity, I built this sculptural photo-montage onto a Speed-Rail framework.

 

A photo-montage structure of the MacArthur Maze surrounds an engineering activity using roadways, bridges and vehicles.
